My favourite and by far the most resembling the original Tiramisu recipe. I am not afraid to say that, as my Italian husband is the best judge of any food of Italian origins.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 eggs separated
  • 60g sugar
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 200g biscuits
  • 1/2 cup of very strong coffee (espresso is ideal)
  • cocoa powder
